Monday thru Friday, between 8:30am and 4pm.

How do I make an appointment to see a career consultant?

Just call us at 250-245-7134 to set up an appointment.

Is there a charge for your services?

No. All of our services are free of charge for your employment related needs.

Do I need to be on EI to access your services?

No. Our services are free and available to everyone; students or adults, employed or unemployed.

How do I post a job on your website and job board?

Posting a job with us is easy.  Simply fill out our quick and easy online Job Posting Form or email your job posting to info [at] employmentnavigators [dot] com. You can also come in to our office to have some assistance with putting together your job posting.

What is your job posting policy?

We post jobs located in the Ladysmith, Nanaimo and Duncan area that adhere to the guidelines set out in the Employment Standards Act. We do not post self-employment opportunities.

What is your policy concerning sickness?

If you have a cough, fever, flu symptoms or are ill with vomiting or are potentially contagious, we ask that you don’t visit until you are well.
