Employment Navigators

Employment Navigators is operated by the Ladysmith Employment Assistance Society, a not-for-profit society dedicated to addressing the employment and training needs of our worker and business clients in the Ladysmith area.

The Society’s goals are to facilitate economic growth by developing human resources, and to deliver high quality, cost-effective programs and services that meet the needs of our community.

We are grateful for our funding from the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Development Agreement that enables us to offer our employment assistance services to our community.
