KHOWUTZUN MILLWORK & JOINERY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

KMJLP is an integrated Kitchen and Bathroom custom cabinet designer and builder of quality cabinets and counter tops. This Position will report to the CEO of Khowutzun Development Corporation and will be responsible to oversee and complete fabrication shop including, but not limited to, estimating and ordering raw materials and supplies, seeking the most economical and high quality suppliers, overseeing the manufacturing of state of the art cabinets and counter tops. Ensuring installation is completed in a timely fashion. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and acceptance of the work being done.

Job Duties:
- The successful candidate will oversee a staff of 10 skilled cabinet workers in the fabrication shop, including work assignments, prioritization of work and ability to troubleshoot operational issues in the work place.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the operation to ensure that costs of materials and supplies are effectively managed and that estimates are accurate and timely.
- Responsible for measurements and installations of cabinets and counter meet the customer’s specifications and work is done to specs, deficiencies identified and addressed when required.
- Work closely with the sales office to ensure a seamless working relationship with the customers.
- Oversee the Work Place Safety Program ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety programs; mandatory training and certification.

Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have an extensive background in the fabrication and construction of custom designated modular cabinets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the cabinet industry with the ability to address and correct customer concerns and issues.
- Posses extensive experience and knowledge of costing and financial management including: a minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial and supervisory responsibility in a fabrication shop; must be bondable; must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and possess own reliable transportation.

Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with adequate technical knowledge and a great deal of initiative to assist in resolving problems and planning strategies in the computer repair industry
- Prefer minimum of three-(3) years previous technical experience in the computer repairs industry
- A+ certification is a plus
- CNE and or MCSE certification is very much desired, with three (3) years experience after certification
- Extensive experience with Exchange and the knowledge of all aspects regarding the installation and support of servers is required
- Excellent English both written and spoken required
- Good grooming habits, high organizational skills and excellent customer relations skills are also required to properly and professionally handle client’s needs

Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree or graduate degree in a related discipline with several years related experience, or at a minimum, a combination of relevant, specialized competency-based training in employment/career counselling, assessments and career practitioner related topics.
- Career Practitioner Certification or proven experience in employment services in both one on one and workshop environments would be an asset.
